Delivery Information

Our fast and secure delivery service is available all across the UK. The orders are usually delivered within 3 working days, although you can request check with us to see if we can arrange delivery next day* Most deliveries take place between 9.00 and 17.30;

Most deliveries come on large lorries with tail-lift (and pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us about any restricted areas. The order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property.
It's preferable for someone to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery * unless otherwise specified by you) if this is not possible then clear delivery instructions about where to leave the goods are needed.

*Next Working Day The next working day (if you want this service) depends on the time taken for the 'payment cleared' order notification to reach us, stock availability and when the order detail is received by us, there will be a small increase in the cost for this service - ask for a price via the 'contact us' page before ordering!

To find the delivery price to your place of choice; simply find the zone according to your postcode. Please note that these prices are per pallet prices (average pallet size is 28 square metres). If your order is 1 metre or 1 full pallet, the charge will be the same. If your order requires more than one full pallet we reserve the right to contact you and advise of the additional costs. IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order is for more than 28 square metres and is for a tile that is greater than 300x300 in size use our CONTACT US facility to check the exact number of pallets your order will require.
